and three varieties of pie (Maple Pecan, Apple Crumble and Pumpkin) available first come, first served at Provisions until sold out.

White Moustache Whey Brined Turkey

A whey brine is a classic style of meat preparation. The enzymes in the whey (probiotic liquid created in the yogurt making process) tenderize the meat while also preventing moisture from escaping during roasting. The result is a turkey that is as juicy and flavorful as you can imagine.

Pick Up Window:
Your order will be available for pick up on the day and time you choose on the check out page. Given the tight space we are working in, we ask that you honor the time slot you request and pick up your order during that window.

Turkey Sizing:
Each year we receive a limited number of birds in each size range. Turkeys will be sorted in the order that they were purchased. Depending on the years harvest, actual sizes may fluctuate by up to 4lbs.

The turkey prices listed here reflect the minimum price per size range for each bird. Exact weights won’t be known until the turkeys arrive through our doors the week of Thanksgiving. At that time your bird will be weighed and you will be charged the difference at pick up.

Payment
The total of your order reflects the full total for all sides and pies, as well as the minimum amount owed for turkeys and butcher’s select items. The remaining balance for your weighed items will be charged at the time of pick up.

Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your order with a 100% return up to Sunday, November 18th at 9pm. Orders cancelled after this time will forfeit a 50% deposit.
